Learning and support

At Chatswood Public School, we provide tailored programs to ensure every child can learn, grow, and thrive. Our teachers and support staff work together to make learning accessible and engaging, offering extra help through small groups or one-on-one support when needed.

Through our Inclusive Hub and specialised programs, students are encouraged to develop confidence, independence, and a love of learning. We also host an Opportunity Class for gifted and talented learners in Years 5 and 6, extending and challenging high achievers in a supportive environment.

Student wellbeing is at the heart of our approach. From counselling services and wellbeing programs to the comfort of our school support dog, we help every student feel safe, connected, and ready to succeed.
